Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. As a 13-year-old, Richard Bruce accompanied his parents in Casper (in the state of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father worked as the Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
